If you've forgotten your User ID and Password simply click on Forgot your Password on the log in page, enter the exact email address you registered with us (e.g. capital letters), and the info will be emailed to you. If you can't remember it, email us at [email protected] indicating what you think it is AND when you enrolled or were last billed. We cannot locate you account any other way.
